The Icebreaker lopi sweater was designed exclusively for my Knit Stars Masterclasses, Season 8.
Knit Stars is a one-of-a-kind online event where you get to learn from the stars of knitting! Season 8 includes 10 Masterclasses from the best. In my masterclass, I teach you everything you need to know to make the Icebreaker sweater/cardigan and share with you my very special shaping techniques, never shown online before!
For the Icebreaker, I collaborated with Þingborg wool center, an association of women who make the best and softest lopi yarn in Iceland. This exceptional KIT is now on pre-order on my website for a limited time. Note that the KIT doesn´t include the pattern. the pattern is only available through Knit Stars, Season 8: Breaking the Ice.

The instructions are both for a sweater and a cardigan and include bonus patterns for a mini-Icebreaker, a hat and a doll sweater.

Color combination:
- Icebreaker light grey with white motif: white lopi and dark grey Love Story for the MC, natural brown and black for the CCs

Techniques: stranded knitting, knitting in the round, steeking and single crochet US for the cardigan option only, grafting (Kitchener stitch),
Kit: kit includes the wool and is quite generous. It doesn´t include the needles or other material. The pattern is not included in the kit and is only available through Knit Stars to which it is endlessly exclusive.
