All products that are handmade may vary slightly in appearance.
Payment
We accept payment by PayPal. You don´t have to be a member of PayPal to use it and you will be given the choice to use your credit card as well. If you have a PayPal account not associated with a credit card, the payment can still be processed with an echeque, which may take several days while the funds are transferred from your bank account, and thus delay the processing of your order. If you would prefer to make a bank transfer, please email us and we will send you the conditions and further information.
Knitting patterns
Knitting patterns come as downloadable PDF files so you can get started immediately. We don´t send paper copy. Once your payment is complete, you will receive an email with a link to download the pattern. The link will expire after 5 attempts. We provide free support with all the knitting patterns. If you have any problems or any question about knitting a pattern, or if you find a mistake, please contact us. All the patterns (the free ones too) are protected by copyright law. They are for personnal, non-profit use only. Please respect it.
Ordering and shipping
We normally use Luxembourg P&T 1st class post for the books and some kits and Posturinn 1st class post for the wool. Orders are usually sent within a few days. If there is an unexpected delay, you will be informed. It usually takes 4-5 working days to dispatch orders to Europe and up to 2 weeks to the rest of the world.
Returns policy
We hope that you are happy with what you receive. If you are not, please contact us as soon as possible for a refund or an exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the postage and you will have to pay for the return postage yourself. If your order is damaged, please do not accept the package and contact us immediately. Alternatively, take a picture of the damaged packaging and send it to us so we can see what went wrong. Thanks. This policy doesn´t apply to downloadable PDF´s that can´t be returned and are not refundable.

We will never pass any of your details on to any third party. We may send you some news now and again. Also is something really huge happens, you will be the first to know!
